Why Weed when..

If you hate weeding, or detest standing at the end of a hose, but want a showcase garden then you cannot live without Natures Gold Fertilizer Mulch. We use Natures Gold Fertilizer Mulch on all of our flowerbeds, shrubs, trees and planting barrels. We spread it on in a 4-inch thick layer in early spring, before any weeds emerge. This layer of mulch lasts for 3 – 4 years until it biodegrades into the soil, after this time it is necessary to re-apply the mulch to continue the healthy growth of your garden. Using Natures Gold Fertilizer Mulch truly helps us to enjoy our garden. We use very little water, only once a month on the north side of our house, and once every two weeks on the south side. The reason we can water less is that the mulch holds the water better, and allows for a slower, healthier absorption process. The mulch is continuously beautiful, and bleaches very little from the sun. We love the fact that we can be so GREEN!

Potting Soil Sceptics

Okay, so we are sceptics. We thoroughly tested this product in the beginning too. We purchased a bag of a name brand, top of the line potting soil, and two geraniums. We potted the two plants up in identical pots, one with a top of the line potting soil and the other with Natures Gold Potting Soil. We placed them in the same spot, and watered them. Within one week, the difference was visible. By three weeks the geranium in the top of the line potting soil looked stunted compared to the geranium in the Natures Gold Potting Soil. We pot up all our seedlings using Natures Gold Potting Soil and have excellent results. We use Natures Gold Potting Soil in our planting pots and barrels and NEVER have to add chemical fertilizers. This potting soil surpasses all others we have used. Natures Gold Potting Soil provided the perfect environment for growing robust, healthy plants.

Our Experiences with
Bacta-Pur® Products

Kenmore Elite front loader:

Within a few months of purchasing our new washing machine, we noticed a smell coming from the washer. When the repair man came for the yearly maintenance, he removed a filter from the unit. Phew!!!! What a smell and it was plugged with sludge. The repair man left. We made a point to add Bacta-Pur® when ever the smell returned. Our next yearly maintenance had the repair man asking us what we were doing. The filter was clean, and there was no smell. NONE. He asked for business cards he could hand out to his other customers.

Our travel trailer:

When we purchased our travel trailer, the original owners gave us the “blue stuff” for in the holding tanks. The first time we used it, I stained my shirt. We asked ourselves, if the product can stain like this, exactly how safe is it for the environment. We found the answer when we looked up the MSDS. We started using Bacta-Pur® for our grey and black water tanks. We have had no odour, no tissue hanging up on the float (for indicating capacity levels), and when we dump all that is present is liquid. We have given product to our friends and their results have been the same.

Watering the indoor plants:

Whenever Jim would water our indoor plants the water would find its way to the floor. We watered the plants with Bacta-Pur®. The water no longer ran through the plants and out the bottom of the pot.
